Apply to be BCA Staff!
We are looking for skilled stage technicians, stage managers, house managers, audio engineers and lighting programmers to join our team. We are accepting all levels of applicants.
All crew are scheduled on an 'as needed' basis. If there is a rehearsal, show, or maintenance then a crew call is created for that day. This is a part-time, on call position. All BCA Staff are employees of the Bonita Unified School District.

ELIGIBILITY

If you're a student aged 16 and up in the Bonita Unified School District

Interested in providing customer service, patron interaction, working backstage, and learning in a live event environment

The hours available are flexible and easily adaptable to a student’s busy schedule.
EXPERIENCE
No prior experience necessary. You will be trained by the professional BCA Staff!
